Although we possess a very strong instinctual drive to nurture, protect and feed our babies, we don't necessarily know HOW to do it.
Contact with other parents helps and supports us as we learn which are our breastfeeding questions, and then we pay it forward by passing on our knowledge.

I warmly recommend her books on any subject, but her Breastfeeding Your Baby proved invaluable to me, especially with my first baby.
